What's With The Names? (disc 2)

In disc 2 of this episode we discuss the advent of the name 'Jesus' as opposed to the figure. The name originated in the 17th century over a millennia after he walked the earth. Why is that? Is it even important anymore? Also, would he have even considered himself a 'Christian'?
